Long queue - wait for more than 1.5 hrs

Every time I go to the Benmore Post Office I wait for more than an hour for service. The counters are not fully staffed and the staff on duty are very slow in their duties. A simple parcel pick up is a nightmare. I want to support our Post Office but the frustration of using it is too much.
