Local parcel stuck at International Mail Center

Hi there,<br> I have a local parcel that a Durban postal branch gave an International tracking number to, because they ran out of local numbers. Now my parcel is stuck at JHB International Mail Centre. <br> Tracking number is RJ***ZA<br> Please can someone help me get this parcel relocated to the correct address? No one at the Hub answers the phones so that doesn't help either.<br> Thanks,<br> Nadia
