Load of Lip from Jolene Moodley at SAPO

<p>Called the Randparkridge Post Office this morning to check whether I had paid for my PO Box for 2016. Got to speak to, the supposed manager, Jolene Moodley.</p> <p> </p> <p>Jolene Moodley, you are a disgrace to the South African Post Office and customer facing employees the world over. There are many commited people working tirelessly to keep this failing business afloat, despite the numerous cash injections of tax payers money and you have the audacity to talk to me like I would imagine you speak to your husband, friends and family.</p> <p> </p> <p>You, my dear, should not be a manager (if you even are one) and should most certainly not be any where near the customer. If you are in management, I hate to think that you are passing on your non-existent csutomer service s****s to your staff - certainly no role model.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wonder if you would be so arrogant and aggressive if you had been face-to-face with me. What a great pity that your calls aren't recorded. You need to wake up before you get up in the morning - lots of unemployed people out there waiting to take over your job...and would be better at it, although that wouldn't be too difficult to beat.</p>
