lies regarding the service delivery - Fast mail

Sent a parcel on Fastmail , I was promise that parcel will be delivered in 2 days time , today it the forth day going there and i have been told that my parcel was an ordinary parcel and they don't know where is it. why provide service and you cant fulfill , been up and down for no reason , they cant be honest . full of lies
