Lies, lies and more lies ...

An extremely urgent parcel, sent via Speed Service Couriers to our address at Hercules Post Office, on the 23rd January 2015 was denied having been received since 26 January 2015 until 28 January 2015, by amongst others, the Branch Manager who swore and screamed at me over the telephone when I called to enquire. This is easily the rudest and most unprofessional person I have dealt with in my life!! Funnily enough, according to a track and trace on the parcel this morning 29 January, approximately 10 minutes after it was once again denied that the item had been received that morning, it was scanned at Hercules Post Office! Upon enquiry to Speed Service Couriers I was told that the item had been delivered on the 25th January already. The only explanation is that Hercules had not been dealing with incoming post since 26 January and was lying to cover their negligence!
