licence renewal

<p>As I work all week and the post office is closed on a weekend when it comes to licence renewals. I sent a family member (in my case my granmother) as I have over the past few years. Upon going the usual routine. Giving her a certified copy of my I'D aswell as the I'D it's self. And proof of residence. Etc. She filled the documents out. As per the norm . The lady behind the counter. Advised her that she needs a letter from me stating that I stay with her. The next day I wrote one up and signed it . Upon her return to the post office. They tell her to get it certified. Which she then lift and did. Upon her return again. For the 3rd time. They tell her it needs to be certified at the police station. And she also claims that a water and lights account is not a valid proof of residence. She Demands my Bank Statements. This is Pathetic to say the least. Considering my gran mother is 76 and you have sent her back and forth 5 times. With half and misguided information. The lady was extremely rude towards us today as we tried for the 6th time to get my license renewed. And Yet again Demanded my Bank Statement. Her name is Rafilwe. Rhynfied post office.</p>
