letter/parcel in transit for two months

I sent a letter of importance to Mqanduli in Umthata, via the Sa post office speed services on the 15/03/2015.<br> parcel was supposed to take two to three days as they promised, it was not delivered the receiver is still waiting today is the 11/05/15 almost two months.<br> I have called the customer services number forever busy, I sent an email to the customer services about this to which I received an automatic response. what kind of service is this?
