LENTEGEUR POST OFFICE

Can you please assist or advise me in the right direction. I bought a few items online and it was send via post office. My items arrived in December at Lentegeur Post Office. Unfortunately, to rental issues, the Post Office was closed on 22 December until this day until further notice. The contact details on the door is for Mr Lawrence who will assist with any queries. Calling him, he just basically tells you the landlord refuses access to them to move the customers parcels to another post office and he cannot say when they will have access to the building to sort out the hundreds of mails and parcels customers urgently is waiting for. As a customer I need to know what can I do about this? I need a refund on one of my items I purchased and I only have a certain time period to return. How and who can help me to get my parcels form the post office please.
