Lazy worker's

This post office is located in KZN Paulpietersburg. We live out on a farm, we always call ahead before having to drive 2 hours to the post office to collect my packages. But today I have been calling none stop over an hour the post office. They have not even bothered to answer once. We finally drove out to the post office, and while standing in a very long que I tried to call again to see if they would answer. No answer, yet with everyone behind the counters NOT DOING ANYTHING. Standing around talking to each other and drinking tee. This all at 9:20 a.m what a great country. No one needs to work anymore.
