Lazy & Useless

I got a call from rosettenville post office to collect a parcel on Thursday, I go there today (Saturday) at 9:15am, a long line, but they waiting for social Grant's, so I go inside & tell them I'm here to collect a parcel, no they to lazy to get off their butts to do a 2 minute check for my parcel & tells me I must go wait outside. Like seriously, I must wait outside for nothing to get a parcel now. They useless.
