Lazy staff

So my husband went to post office Kagisanong in Bloemfontein on the 05 Feb exact time was 4 O'clock the was no queue a quite time I should say. When we enter they noticed that he was holding car disc which he wanted to renew and they told him that they already balanced machine for renewals. We like how so because the store close at 5. And they just went on to say at this time we can't assist you unless you come tomorrow early. It's my first time hearing this and I felt they just lazy to help us because it was almost knock off time
