Lazy people that dont do their job.

Not doing their job. My parcel is in a bag somewhere, and I was told by SARS that I cant get it till post office decide to one day sort the bag out. It has been like 12 days already. Also none of their phone numbers work that I was told to phone.

This is the email I got:
