Lazy lady at Garsfontein Post Office

The lazy lady at Garsfontein Post office did not want to help me collect my parcel, after I showed her the tracking number and the SMS telling me to collect my parcel. She said she's not going to look for it, I must come back when I have a shelf number to show her. I still haven't received the shelf number, it's been more than a week now.
