lazy and refusing to help

My package arrived at linden 5 January and I was never notified. On Saturday I went through to receive it at the same time I decided to get my licence disk for my new car. All documents were in order at the licence department so all I needed was the form with the disk. The time was 12/40pm closing time is 13/00pm the teller said I needed proof of residence and an affidavit. Obviously the teller was to lazy to help me because today I went to ruimsig and was helped and had such a pleasant teller. She said all my paper work was fine on the computer and all I did was fill in a form and recieve my licence. Linden post office is rude and unhelpful while I was there they even closed the doors at 12/55pm and did not want to let in a man because they said their clock was 13pm. Where everyone else in the post office time was clearly 12/55pm . Linden post office tellers are lazy and inefficient.
