Late or missing parcel - absolutely no feedback

I have been trying for the last 3-4 weeks to locate a parcel sent from the US. I have emailed customer services SEVERAL times and despite their automated response telling me someone will contact me in 48 hours - no one has bothered to give me a simple reply. I have tried calling but no one ever answers the phone.<br> <br> All I want is a simple answer - where is my parcel LC***US ???? I cannot believe it takes this long to arrive. It is most likely sitting somewhere at customs, waiting for some useless individual to capture it into the system. I'm tried of hearing excuses about backlog's after the strike. <br> <br> Find my parcel and deliver it to me.
