Late/No Delivery

Hi<br> <br> Please help with this parcel PE***za was sent on the 5th of Aug 2015 for LUSIKI-SIKI(Destination), and it has been at Mthatha(HUB) since the 11 AUG 2015 and no further scan information. Customer Care 086 number there's no answer every-time I call. This is totally unacceptable because by the time I paid I was made to believe that this was a 4-day delivery service.<br> <br> MY CUSTOMERS URGENTLY NEED PARCEL<br>
