Late delivery and then send parcel back

I am waiting for 2 parcels from the USA since April 2015. On 9 September i got a blue slip in the mail to collect my parcel. On 11 September i went to pick it up and was told by a very cheeky black woman they send the parcel back. This brachhave the worst people working in it. tO LAZY TO DO THERE WORK. No my pqrcel is send back agian.
