Late delivery

I was expecting a delivery from east London, the person did an over night delivery on the 3rd of February only revived my deport on the 8th. The was no coomunication with regards my delivery. Am sure the is a reason why it's called over night and prices are different. Our post offices have bad service delivery and the staff are not helpful as well. Am highly disappointed.
