Late delivery

I have been waiting for my parcel which was meant to be delivered to me in a matter of days. my parcel was scanned at a certain Durban branch on the 14-10-2015. it would have been better if I just used registered mail because I paid for a service and you guys never delivered.<br> <br> please provide me with the location of my Parcel TC***ZA, I need to collect this thing ASAP at my post office which is in Durban Newtown A Kwazimele 4032. please make the necessary means that this parcel gets to me ASAP.
