late delivery

I have send a parcel on the 3rd august 2015 from east london to sasolburg. The parcel is still not there. When I phone monday 17th august they said to me due to transport problems the parcel will be there the next day. Well today 20th August the parcel is still not there and now they said I must wait 2 more days. It was accepted and signed in and still in witpos since 11th august. Well very good customer service this. They customer care number is also not answering since last week so what is the use of a customer care number then.
