LATE DELIVERY

I have couriered a parcel to my client in Witbank South Africa on Tuesday the 7th of July 2015 using the fast overnight services and they are still awaiting for delivery...After following up with the Post Office, they say my parcel will only get there on Monday the 13th. I am not happy with the delay because this could ruin my business relationship.
