Laptop reached walmer damaged

Goodday<br> <br> I sent a laptop from Berea, Durban with adequate packaging. When it reached its destination in Port Elizabeth it was damaged. I sent it via speed services (TC***ZA) on the 30th November. It was picked up on the 4th November. I told the lady in Berea that the package was a laptop and she reassured me it would arrive ok.<br> <br> Please assist. I tried to call customer services and speed services to no avail. I have also sent an email to customer services to no avail.<br> <br> Regards<br> Chuma
