Langlaagte post office not fair

Good day I have a complain about langlaagte post office and the srd grant payment that must be given to the people,every week there is a problem with money to payout these people,and when they can told there is no money yes they go home to return the next day,but for some reason the security that work there tells them I not their date yes they understand,but he chases them away and puts his people in the queue,it's no fair, I myself goes there early in the morning to wait for my daughter but he tell me that it I not her date, government gave her a date for today so I went and yet he told me otherwise he doesn't even want to listen to your explanation.The service for the srd payouts for the people at langlaagte post office is not nice at all ànd if you don't have money to pay him it's worse
