Langebaan Post Office no service is better than pathetic service

Moved to Langebaan in January 2017 approached Post Office Langebaan for post box completed application form in June 2017. They informed me they would contact me end November as they need to replace rusted locks. Went back end November as no contact from SAPO. Lady behind counter went to look for my application came back and said they are so busy only a few of them who must do such a lot. Said she would phone me as soon as box is ready. January 2018 went back to SAPO again lady behind counter went to look for my application form. Came back said she will let me know when the ready to allocate a box. I instead went to Post net got a post box. Problem in Langebaan SAPO letters posted only received a month later.
