Lame service delivery
i have lost +- 2000 rands due to a parcles that have not reached me. one from Israel and one from the States.<br> i have tried calling the call center but no answer. ***. LK***US RR***IL

RR***IL is not recorded on our system yet.
LK***US is an unrecorded service parcels and such items are treated as ordinary mail and are distributed to post offices without being allocated a domestic tracking number meaning they will not be available on the system for domestic tracking. If you give your name and address to the assisting teller at your local branch they will be able to check if there are any shelved items for you. Please do follow up with them.
