Lack of Service

I sent a parcel off on 04.05.22 via Speed services Couriers(Post Office).I tried tracking the parcel on their website, status was (and still is)"In Transit". I called the Post Office call Centre and the Speed Services Call Centre and was given lots of different stories,eg-the parcel was in East London(was supposed to be in Kimberley),the East London Hub was closed because of a *******, etc. I eventually called the East London Post Office and was told that they no longer offer an overnight courier service. All parcels go Ordinary mail.My frustration!!!!The parcel was needed urgently ,that is why i opted for their Speed services Couriers.The service is appalling-I left my number with different agents who were going to call me back, and I`m still waiting. I sent another parcel off on the 10.05.22 and that parcel is also still in transit. Does the Post Office actually send our parcels off?????The before and after sales service is appalling ,to say the least.I will never venture into another Post Office again!!!!
