Lack of service at the SA Post Office

The post Box outside the Underberg Post Office is overflowing and has obviously not been cleared in a while. When I approached the staff inside to establish why this was, I was met with the explanation that the key was lost! These are essentially civil servants, who received salaries during the lockdown whilst millions of South Africans lost their jobs. They clearly do not understand either the concept of service delivery, or civil service. They could not be bothered to solve the problem. In my opinion they should be dismissed for dereliction of duty.
