Lack of service and empathy

I ordered something on wish.com one year ago I now only received a notification to collect my parcel at Cresta Post Office. Went to the post office today and they told me I must go get an affidavit in order to get my parcel because it is registered under the name of my Google account jadesmagic. I am 60 years old and have my grandchild with me. I am unable to go to the police station it would be a complete waste of time. I am extremely disappointed at the level of service and empathy from the ctesta Post office staff.
