Lack of Service

I've got a parcel RB***HK Stuck in customs for the last 3 weeks and no can can give me a clear answer as to when this parcel will be delivered. I've phoned multiple numbers including the call center, email multiple email addresses no one bothers to answer the phones or respond to emails. I would like this matter sorted.
