Lack of Professionalism, Lack of service delivery and disregard for the public..

Went to Nafcoc Post Office in Soshanguve, the service is so poor with the teller showing disregard for the public.. At one stage, the line was stopped so that the teller can go to the toilet. And she walked by, you could see that, she didn't even look pressed, maybe she just needed a break from her work,reason being she stood outside talking to someone before proceeding to the toilet.
