Lack of Customer Service

My parcel has been sent back to customs for no good reason. No one notifies you when the parcel has arrived at a local post office. it was delivered to parkview po in August but somehow grew feet and went back to customs. For what? nobody knows. I have called JIMC several times and after a week of calling and emailing i finally get a response, a ****ty one at that. To let me know that the parcel is being sent back to the sender - confused. Why? who gave them permission to send back my parcel to the sender?
