Lack of communication and no item

I ordered an international parcel and waited for the since April 2015. Weekly i will phone the Tlhabane post office requesting if anything has arrived for me and always no, since the past two months I send emails to customer care Tshepo with no response asking the same question. Yesterday I received confirmation via post that my parcel has aarived at Tlhabane to my suprise on the 17th of June 2015 already. I went today and they informed me it was already returned. I im****ately contacted customer care again and was given sorry the parcel is back on the ship i have to contact them to re-send. THis is frustrating as I have waited over 5 months and how long before the parcel is back at international destination. I found the consultant from customer care very sarcastic to my predicament and unhelpful. Very annoyed with the service of the SA Post Office.
