Kuruman Post Office

I am fed up with the absolutely disgusting service at Kuruman Post Office. I have 6 Parcels which all arrived in January (According to Tracking Information) and every time I go to collect, after standing in line more than 2 hours, I get told they can't find my parcels. Today (14 March) once again I tried to collect them and I ended up in a argument with the Lady at the counter. She claims that I have already collected them and that I am pretending like I didn't receive them which is clearly not the case. She then took the tracking numbers from me to go and trace them. I waited another 37 minutes and when she returned she didn't say a word about the tracking information and continued to tell me that she cannot find them. She did not once try to look for them. After another 21 minutes, another staff member came in with one of the six parcels. The other five they still "can't find". I asked the lady to please look for them because I don't want to return for the 7th time in regards to these same parcels. She walked away, cursing at me in Setswana, which she thought I didn't understand but I do. I then asked her to speak to the branch manager and she told me I cannot. I left with my one parcel, other 5 still missing and no answers from any staff. I have been using Kuruman Post Office 8 years now and never have I been treated like this by anyone working there. They all know me personally and by name. I am absolutely disgusted, dissatisfied, disappointed and disgraced. This is unacceptable.
