Kinross service pathetic

I went to the Kinross post office to get documents certified and they refused to accept my lease documentation. It was stated that my lease is not the original document although it is and it is the only documentation I have for my lease. I suggest you train your staff to be friendlier and to help people and not be unreasonable. If a lease is not accepted as original what else will be found faulty
