Kevin at Fourways SAPO deserves this accolade

My partner discovered she had an unpaid traffic fine which had to be settled before a new license disk could be settled. Even though she immediately paid it at a local bank this did not reflect immediately on the RTI system and so couldn't get her new disk. Kevin at SAPO Fourways 'phoned me on the following Monday to advise that it was still not reflecting, saving me a fruitless trip to the PO. Really impressive service from an SOE that battles against the odds.
