Kelvin post office giving ****py service

I am extremely disappointed by lack of service I received at Kelvin post office. The lady sent me an sms : "CNN2 kindly please collect parcel no.3089 with fee of R28 at Kelvin Post Office" on the 28th June 2019.I drove to the post office, she walked around like she is lazy to work, then she tells me she cannot find anything and she had my order in the morning when she sms'd me and she will sms me again. I have wasted my time and my petrol to drive to this post office only to be told this ****. I want you to fix this and hire professionals and deliver my parcel to my workplace, i'm not going to waste my petrol again to drive to this post office the day she decides to send me an sms. Even today I have not received my parcel or any sms. I WANT IT.
