Kelvin Post Office - dreadful service with arrogant, ********, rude staff

Dreadful customer service. I spent 4 months looking for my parcels (or rather they were hoping I wouldn’t keep chasing so they can ***** it). Then when finally they find it, they asked me to come. I arrive early and wait outside until 08:30. At the desk the lady tells me it’s 08:29 (on her watch)and she will not see me until 08:30 despite my iPhone and watch both saying 08:30. I was polite and waited but the arrogance and lack of customer service here was clear. Avoid this post office if you can.
