Karenpark post office zero customer service and outdated systems!

My parcel arrived from London in March. It is now June and I am still not getting any assistance. Using outdated file system that does not consider covid atballl6. Paging through files that don't help at all. The Karenpark post office staff do not offer any help or even proper customer service. Absolutely pathetic!
