Karenpark post office theft of parcel

December I bought a car then later car documents were sent through the post office couriers speed which should have taken 24hours and never did when checking with track after 2days they said parcel is still in karenpark post office have never left then I had to drive from Polokwane to Pretoria to check after 2 weeks of waiting that's when they told me the parcel was ****** but the were busy doing the investigation I should wait I mite get them back but until today my original car documents disappeared under karenpark post office and they said there nothing they can do

I been from pilar to post trying to resolve this but they end up telling me there nothing they can do so I need to know who can help me in this case because apparently it happens most of the time in that karenpark post office where do we get help in situation like these
