Justice....
Asked at the counter for a parcel I had not received a notice for from Ballito post office, but knew was there as the sender had tracked the parcel, was told by Justice, that no, there are too many parcels for him to look through (the back room at Ballito post office is smaller than my bathroom) and that I have to rather travel the 20 odd kms back home and contact the poster for the tracking number! The fact that I wasn't holding the notification/tracking number in my hand at the time was through no fault of my own seemed entirely above and beyond...
