Just want my Parcel

I have a parcel that was shipped from the US to SA and the parcel is sitting at JIMC A for almost a month now without any movement.

I phoned SAPO a few times but keep on getting told that there is a backlog and that I need to phone the next week. I mailed SAPO twice asking if they can change the delivery to express where I'm willing to pay extra for the delivery, or if I can arrange another courier to collect it from JIMC A, or if I can collect it myself because waiting so long for one single parcel to be delivered is just absurd
