Just want my parcel?

I was tracking my parcel from Singapore to Jhb mailing center and then to Capemail. I sent a mail to Customer Service and got a speedy reply:

Good Day

This item was received at Capemail Hub on the 25/01/15 to arrange collection you can contact Tracey on ***, your local tracking number is RI***ZA

Kind Regards

Monica

I attempted to call the number 9 times that day and many more times for a few days after. I then sent an email to Customer Service asking for another Contact Person..(No reply) I sent a second mail requesting assistance (No reply) I went to Capemail personally and I was told that the parcel is at Capemail but I need to wait two weeks for it to be processed. This is now the third week since that visit and according to Tracking, the parcel has been through customs and has now been \in transit"since the 6th February...Please assist me in this complication?"""

Hello BTeezy,

Thank you for your comment.

The above mentioned register is currently held at customs Cape- Mail and you need to submit a copy of a supplier invoice so that it may be assessed and released accordingly. The required document may be forwarded to ***.

Thanks and regards,
Customer Service
