JUST USELESS!!!!

What is happening in this country? As a taxpayer I expect to get service from the government institutions. What is the point of having all these websites and contact numbers if nobody answers the phone?<br> My parcel arrived to JIMC C on 26 March . I went to JIMC C web and all these numbers displayed for contacting the centre!!But NO answer!!!! NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! Tel no: ***/7/8/9/10. It is 9 April . How much more longer that parcel will be in JIMC. And guess what I am in Kempton park, which is literally around the corner from JIMC C. They are open till 16.30 pm . I work till 16.30 pm. Weekends - closed. So no chance for me to go there and collect it myself. But I can't even get hold of them to find out if I can go there and collect it myself!! But wait - why I even have to go there as all the delivery services were paid for when sending the parcel? So what we are paying for when we send parcels to our families: to be more frustrated and to add more stress to our lives!!! Put competent people to do the job,- pink , black , white, yellow -I DON'T CARE- somebody with little bit brains. JUST PRAY FOR THIS COUNTRY!! Parcel: CN***LT
