Just no response

I received a foreign parcel collection notification. Tracking Number ri ********** 24za Foreign reference rz ********** 64gb.

I followed the instructions and emailed the necessary documents to the email address provided. The package needs to be collected within 21 days but i have not received any feedback as to where to collect it from.

I have sent numerous emails which have received no response. I have also called the customer care help line which no one ever picks up.

Customer service is obviously nonexistent
