Joke of a service

I have spent the last 3 days on the phone trying to work out why a parcel couriered from the UK which was on a 4 day service has not been delivered. It has now been 8 working days and if you ever get through to your delivery line your staff keep lying that the parcel in out with the driver. It has been a week and either your driver is stupid or please just close down so that your service moves to the private sector so it works. It is pathetic!! <br> <br> EE***GB is tracking number where the **** is my parcel!!!
