Johannesburg International Mail Centre (EMS): Package still not on its way after 3 months!

I sent a package to New Zealand on the 17th of October 2018. It is 3 months later and my parcel is still at the Johannesburg International Mail Centre (EMS). I have since moved overseas and am unable to call to follow up. My mother has tried calling for days and no one answers.

We sent 5 packages. Of the 4 that have arrived three were torn open on the sides from people trying to ***** items from our packages. Now the 5th one seems that it will never get here.
