Johannesburg International Mail Centre

I have been phoning JHB International Mail Centre every day holding for hours at a time to enquire about a parcel which has arrived from the Uk and needs to be sent on to Durban. No one has ever answered and I urgently need to speak to someone. I would like to know if I could just collect it myself from JIMC. Please could someone assist or advise.
