Johannesburg International Mail Centre

My parcel was delivered in the 1st of October, today, 11 days later it has not even been scanned! After that it still has a few places to go. I paid for a service allowing me to be able to always track my parcel - now it has disappeared into a seemingly untrackable black hole in Jhb and every answer is that they have a backlog and do not know when they will get to it, check back in a week. I presume that since " Wish" customers are ordering so many items from overseas their workload HAS indeed become much heavier but you know what - that is not my problem. I want a clear and definite answer on exactly where my parcel RY ********** 45SG is and when exactly it will be delivered. - a service I paid for. As it is this Bday gift is already way late
