Firstly NO ONE answers the damn phone! My package is still sitting at the customs and it's hasn't even been scanned yet!!! My tracking international tracking number is RK***CN and the South African tracking number provided to me was R ***ZA.<br> <br> This is absolutely ridiculous that the damn customer centre doesnt answer the phone and then cuts your call!
