Johannesburg international mail center not working

Hi. My parcel has been stuck at the Johannesburg international mail Centre for 2 weeks now. I can’t get anyone to give me any information about it. If I call the call center I’m kept on hold for about 20 min then the call is taken and phone is dropped in my ear. If I call the post office, who is supposed to ship it and is on the contact details for JIMC they say they can’t do anything if I don’t have a local tracking number and they can’t put me through to JIMC. My tracking number is A ********** 0Y. Can anyone assist me with this?
